We want to say a huge thank you to all the staff in the Bunratty Castle Hotel, especially Marguerite, Markus and Arnold for making our wedding day so great on August 6th 2011. We had a fantastic day.

Everything was perfect, the room was gorgeous and the food and service were outstanding on the day. Family and friends are still talking about the excellent meal and gorgeous wine that was served on the day.

A special thank you to Arnold who went out of his way on the day to make sure that everything ran smoothly and we also want to thank him for sitting down with us and going through a road map of South Africa so we wouldn’t get lost on our honeymoon!!

We can’t wait for our first anniversary dinner next year!

Dear Mr Gregson

I am writing to you to tell you about my stay at the Bunratty Castle Hotel;

I originally checked in on the 8th of June 2011, for three days. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my stay for another three days and infact, stayed until the 18th of June 2011.

I worked in the Catering Industry for ten years at Michelin Star and Boutique level. I have travelled considerably and in the past four years alone have stayed in over forty-five hotels. Your hotel, Mr Gregson, is wonderful. From the check-in procedure, simple, uncomplicated, friendly, professional and welcoming. My requests were met with my room and this I have experienced, is not an easy one.

The staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and friendly. The service excellent. I availed of the Spa, the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room in particular, twice a day. The rate I was charged for my stay, inclusive the Spa and breakfast, I experienced as excellent value. I had the most wonderful Ayurvedic massage and a way of life I follow very deeply, making it very difficult Mr Gregson to find a balance particularly when travelling with needs being catered for.

My point is, with all my experience, I would like to say, you have a very special combination of what you have to offer in the Bunratty Castle Hotel and I feel I have found a wonderful, private, beautiful place to retreat. The hotel and staff, the service, all of the aforementioned, are a credit to you. "Thank you."

Thank you so much for organising our Big Day. The Staff, food and service were excellent and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our day. Having had such a positive experience for our wedding, I am looking forward to returning to Bunratty Castle Hotel & Luxury Spa again next year.
